Fujian is the practical starting point for the construction of Digital China.As early as 2000, when General Secretary Xi Jinping was working in Fujian, he had insight into the development trend of information technology and made major decisions to build a digital Fujian.For more than 20 years, Fujian has kept in mind the instructions and promoted it consistently. The construction of digital Fujian has been integrated into various aspects such as economy, politics, culture, society, and ecology.Last year, the added value of the province's digital economy reached 2.3 trillion yuan, an increase of 15%, accounting for about 47% of the regional GDP; more than 80% of government services were handled online, and the proportion of 'one trip without having to run' exceeded 90% %; 5G base stations achieve full coverage in county areas and more than 95% coverage in township areas.

In today's world, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation with information technology as the core is in the ascendant.We must thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power, regard the construction of digital Fujian as a basic pilot project, make every effort to accelerate the development of informatization, and lead the development of the province to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and benefits.

The first is to continue to make the digital economy bigger, stronger and better.Build a national digital economy innovation and development pilot zone, implement projects such as digital technology innovation breakthroughs, training and strengthening leading enterprises, and the cultivation and growth of emerging industries, promote digital industrialization and industrial digitization, and achieve deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.We will successfully hold the Digital China Construction Summit and the China (Fuzhou) International Digital Products Expo to build our brand and expand our influence.

The second is to accelerate the creation of a collaborative and efficient digital government.Promote provincial governance 'one network and unified management', comprehensively connect provincial, municipal, county and rural data, and realize digital management of the entire process of government reform.Optimize the 'one-stop service' of government services and improve the business application system, basic platform system and institutional rule system, so that enterprises and the public can run less errands, use more data, and make things more convenient.
