1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are entered into between you (exhibitors, participants, or other service recipients) and China Cross-border E-commerce Fair (hereinafter referred to as "we"). By using our exhibition services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Any modifications will be announced through official channels such as our website. Your continued use of the services after the modifications take effect shall be deemed as your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Provision of Exhibition Services 2.1 We will provide exhibition services in accordance with the content agreed in the service contract or registration agreement, including but not limited to venue arrangement, booth construction, exhibition organization, on-site support, and information release.
2.2 We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal performance of the services, but we do not guarantee that the services will be free from interruptions or errors due to force majeure, technical failures, or other unforeseeable factors. In case of such situations, we will take timely remedial measures and notify you.
3. Obligations of You 3.1 You shall truthfully provide relevant information (such as company information, personal information, exhibit information) required for the use of the services and ensure the authenticity, legality, and completeness of the information.
3.2 You shall abide by national laws, regulations, and relevant rules of the exhibition (including but not limited to exhibition regulations, venue management regulations), and shall not engage in any illegal or improper activities that may affect the normal order of the exhibition.
3.3 For exhibits and related items brought into the exhibition venue, you shall assume the corresponding management responsibilities and ensure that they do not violate national laws and regulations, nor infringe upon the intellectual property rights, legitimate rights, and interests of third parties.
3.4 You shall pay the corresponding service fees in full and on time in accordance with the agreement in the service contract or registration agreement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights 4.1 We own the intellectual property rights of the exhibition-related materials (including but not limited to exhibition logos, promotional materials, activity plans) provided by us. Without our prior written permission, you shall not use, copy, or disseminate such materials without authorization.
4.2 You shall ensure that the exhibits, promotional materials, and other content involved in your participation in the exhibition do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. If any dispute arises due to your infringement, you shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities and compensate us for any losses caused thereby.
5. Liability for Breach of Contract 5.1 If we fail to perform the service obligations as agreed due to our own reasons, we shall bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract in accordance with the agreement and relevant laws.
5.2 If you violate these Terms or the agreed content of the service contract, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services, and you shall bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract and compensate us for any losses caused thereby.
6. Termination of Services 6.1 These Terms shall take effect from the date you accept them and shall remain in effect until the completion of the agreed service content.
6.2 Either party may terminate the service contract in advance upon mutual agreement. If you need to terminate the contract unilaterally, you shall comply with the relevant provisions of the return and refund policy and these Terms.
6.3 We have the right to terminate the provision of services immediately and pursue your liability if you engage in illegal activities or serious violations of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the following reasons:
7.1 Force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, public health emergencies, and policy adjustments;
7.2 Losses caused by your own fault (such as improper operation, failure to provide truthful information);
7.3 Losses caused by third-party acts beyond our control.
8. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising from the performance of these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the exhibition venue is located.
