Shipping Policy for Exhibition Services
1. Scope of Application
This Shipping Policy applies to the online interaction services related to exhibition services provided by China Cross-border E-commerce Fair (hereinafter referred to as "we"), including but not limited to the online delivery of electronic exhibition materials, online participation access services, digital certificate issuance, and online information interaction during the exhibition period. This Policy does not involve the physical logistics and transportation of any items.

2. Provision of Online Interaction Services
2.1 We will provide stable online interaction channels (such as official website platforms, dedicated online exhibition systems, and authorized third-party collaboration tools) to ensure the smooth implementation of online exhibition services.
2.2 For electronic materials related to the exhibition (including but not limited to electronic brochures, exhibition guides, activity schedules, and post-exhibition summary reports), we will complete the online delivery to your designated electronic address (email, platform account inbox, etc.) within the time specified in the service agreement.
2.3 For online participation services (such as online live broadcast viewing, virtual booth visits, and online business matching), we will open the corresponding access permissions to you 24 hours before the start of the online service and ensure the normal operation of the service during the agreed service period.

3. Requirements for Online Interaction Participants
3.1 You shall ensure that the electronic contact information (email address, platform account, etc.) provided for receiving online exhibition services is true, valid and accessible. If there is any change to the contact information, you shall notify us in writing in a timely manner.
3.2 You shall abide by the relevant operating rules of the online exhibition platform and shall not engage in any behaviors that may interfere with the normal operation of the platform, such as malicious attacks, unauthorized access to other users' information, and dissemination of illegal or harmful information.
3.3 When using online interaction functions (such as online Q&A, message communication), you shall maintain a civilized and respectful communication attitude and comply with national relevant laws, regulations and public order and good customs.

4. Online Service Technical Support
4.1 If you encounter technical problems during the use of online interaction services, you can contact our technical support team through the designated contact information. We will respond to your problem and provide solutions within 2 working hours.

5. Protection of Online Interaction Information
5.1 All information generated during the online interaction process (including but not limited to your operation records, online communication content, and received electronic materials) will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will adopt advanced data encryption and security protection technologies to prevent information leakage, tampering or loss.
5.2 Without your prior written consent, we will not disclose the information generated by your online interaction to any third party, except as required by laws and regulations or judicial and administrative authorities.

6. Modification and Termination of Online Services
6.1 If it is necessary to adjust the content of online interaction services due to objective reasons, we will notify you in advance and negotiate with you on the relevant adjustment plan.
6.2 We have the right to terminate the provision of online interaction services if you violate the relevant provisions of this Policy or the service agreement and fail to make corrections within the specified time limit. Before termination, we will notify you in writing of the reasons for termination.
