According to statistics, China’s cross-border e-commerce talent gap is close to 4.5 million and is expanding at an annual growth rate of 30%.

Data from the '14th Five-Year Plan' for E-commerce Development shows that by 2025, the number of relevant practitioners in my country's e-commerce field will reach 70 million; the cross-border e-commerce transaction volume will increase to 2.5 trillion yuan.In the next five years, it is estimated that my country's e-commerce talent gap will reach 9.85 million, and the cross-border e-commerce gap will reach 810 billion yuan.

On the one hand, there is the rapidly booming cross-border e-commerce industry, and on the other hand, there is a huge cross-border talent gap caused by the development of the industry.
